Neil Kahn is the owner and team lead of Pelican State Homes. He’s been helping families buy and sell real estate since 2019 and has already closed over 500 homes, with more than $75 million in sales. Serving the Tri-Parish area—Livingston, Ascension, and East Baton Rouge—along with communities like Denham Springs, Walker, Watson, and Prairieville, Neil knows the local market inside and out and uses that knowledge to guide his clients with confidence and care.

For Neil, faith and family come first. He built Pelican State Homes on those values, creating a team that feels more like family and a client experience built on trust. As a mentor and leader, he’s passionate about helping his agents grow—not just in business, but in life—while making sure every client gets the attention and service they deserve.

Originally from South Baton Rouge, Neil moved to Walker in 2011. He married his wife, Jennifer, in 2018, and together they’re raising their daughter. Whether he’s serving clients, coaching his team, or spending time with his family, Neil’s goal is simple: honor God in all that he does and make a lasting impact in the community he calls home.
